Reporting a problem
To help us reproduce an issue, include:
- the tool and the page address
- your browser and its version, and your operating system
- the type and approximate size of the file (not the file itself)
- what you expected and what happened
Do not send sensitive files
Your files are processed on your device and we never see them. Please do not attach personal or confidential documents to an email. If a file triggers a problem, describe it or send a sample that contains nothing private.
